  1. Glad to hear that you’re doing that. I take a mega dose of b-vitamins and it really helps. Be sure to avoid coffee within 30 minutes as coffee renders b- vitamins ineffective. Also remember that genetic test you had which revealed that you probably don’t absorb b-12? Try to tell your pdoc this as they routinely test at the community mental health clinics. The b-12 deficiency is something that strongly effects neuro psych health.
